These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at arizonagolfcartrepair.com (the "Site") and the golf cart repair, sales, parts, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Arizona Golf Cart Repair LLC ("Arizona Golf Cart Repair," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, scheduling service, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Who we are

Arizona Golf Cart Repair LLC operates a golf cart shop in Mesa, Arizona and provides mobile service across Arizona. Our Services include golf cart diagnostics and repair (gas and electric), battery service and lithium conversions, custom builds, accessories and parts installation, KANDI cart sales, used cart sales, and pickup and delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or Services or to submit a request through the Site. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after inspection or once additional parts or labor are found to be necessary. We will seek your approval before performing work that materially exceeds an approved estimate. Prices for products, parts, and labor are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of sale or service authorization. Taxes and applicable fees may apply.

4. Appointments, pickup, and delivery

Service appointments, mobile service, pickup, and delivery are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather, parts availability, or other factors outside our control. You are responsible for providing accurate location and access information for mobile, pickup, and delivery service and for ensuring the cart is accessible at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or repeated failed attempts may be subject to a trip or rescheduling fee.

5. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of sale or upon completion of Services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We may require a deposit for parts orders, custom builds, or special-order items. Carts or items left for service may be subject to storage fees if not picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you that the work is complete, as permitted by Arizona law.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

Any workmanship warranty we offer will be described at the time of service and is limited to the specific work performed. New KANDI carts and new parts may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and subject to its terms. Used carts and used parts are sold "as is" unless we state otherwise in writing. Except as expressly stated, the Site, products, and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to operate and maintain your golf cart safely and in compliance with applicable laws, including any rules governing street-legal or low-speed vehicles. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any permits, registration, or insurance required for your cart.

8. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Arizona Golf Cart Repair LLC as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or Service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Acceptable use of the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information, or impersonate anyone;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site without our written permission; or
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Arizona Golf Cart Repair LLC and are protected by applicable laws. Product names, brand names, and logos (such as KANDI and other manufacturer marks) are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a booking or contact form, maps, chat, or manufacturer resources). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Golf Cart Repair LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or Service giving rise to the claim.
