Drop-Offs, Parking, and What to Bring
Call ahead with the symptoms and we can usually tell you whether to bring the cart in, wait for a part, or send mobile service instead.
Dropping off a cart
Pull up out front and come in. If you are trailering the cart, there is room to unload in the lot. Call first if you plan to arrive near closing time.
What to bring
The key, the charger, and anything you know about the batteries, like their age or when they were last replaced. Photos of the problem help too.
Cart cannot travel?
Ask about mobile repair or pickup and delivery. A dead cart in the garage is a normal Tuesday for us.
